Princess Anne of Hohenzollern Anne, Princess of Hohenzollern (born September 18, 1923), is the wife of Michael I, ex-king of Romania. She was born Anne of Bourbon-Parma in Paris. Her parents were Prince Rene of Bourbon-Parma and Margethe of Denmark. She married Michael on June 10, 1948 in Athens, Greece, and thus became Princess Anne of Hohenzollern. She is called Queen Anne of Romania by some monarchists, although she does not claim this title. (references)
