Little Box of Horrors (Charmed Episode) Synopsis: The Charmed Ones are in a race against time when the mythological Pandora's Box falls into the hands of Katya (Michelle Hurd), a shapeshifting demon who intends to open the box and fill the world with all of its sorrows. Phoebe and Piper try to find Hope (Brooke Nevin), the Guardian who can return any released evil spirits to the box. In their efforts to protect Hope, the sisters engage in an intense fight with Katya. Pet Shop of Horrors Pet Shop of Horrors is a horror anime. It is based on a ten-volume manga by Matsuri Akino, although the anime only spans 4 episodes. The series is about Count D, who is the proprietor of a mysterious little pet shop located in the heart of Chinatown. But Count D doesn't just sell ordinary pets, for he can procure the rarest and most exotic species not even recorded in reference books. His clientele are usually people from high society -- wealthy businessmen, showbiz personalities, government officials, etc. But Count D's pets come with a three-term contract, and if you breach even one of the terms, his shop can't be held accountable for the consequences. A young detective named Leon is investigating Count D and his shop, because victims of the most bizarre deaths all have one thing in common -- they are all Count D's customers. (references)
The four horrors The Four Horrors was a method of execution and punishment used in Medieval England and normally reserved for traitors to the English crown. First, the victim was hanged by the neck and allowed to strangle for a time, then was cut down and placed on a rack. After being stretched, he was then disemboweled and decapitated. The executioner would then hold the victim's severed head up and shout, "Behold, the head of a traitor!" The head was impaled on a spike, covered with tar and placed on public display on Tower Bridge, while the body was cut into quarters, which were sent to the places associated with the victim's treachery. Tomb of Horrors Tomb of Horrors is an Advanced Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game adventure module, written by Gary Gygax in 1978. Numbered "S1," it was the original tournament dungeon used at the Origins 1 convention. This module was the first in the "S" (for "Special") series of modules. It was followed by S2: White Plume Mountain, the seminal S3: Expedition to the Barrier Peaks and S4: Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth. However the four modules had no connecting plot or theme. (references)

Horrors

Horrors are a fictional intelligent demon-like species unique to role-playing world of Earthdawn and, less commonly, Shadowrun.

Origin

In the Earthdawn universe, magic goes through cycles. As the magic level rises, it allows Horrors to cross from their distant, otherworldly dimension into the human's world. The Horrors come in an almost infinite variety -- from simple eating machines that devour all they encounter, to incredibly intelligent and cunning foes that feed off the negative emotions they inspire in their prey.
