| Dragon Fist Assault! If Goku Can't Do It, Who Can? | In the movie, Dragon Fist Assault! If Goku Can't Do It, Who Can?, the Z-Fighters have to fight an ancient monster called Hildegarn, used to simply cause terror around the galaxy. Gohan and Videl as the Great Saiyaman are the first one who encounter this horrible beast... or at least its legs. Dispite this unusual fact, both Gohan and Videl were attacked by the legs and the long tail. Gohan and Videl escaped unharmed, thanks to their ability to fly, however they got almost killed due to the sweeping of the long tail. Later in the movie, the monster's upper-half, who was sealed in a red-haired alien boy called Tapion, who was sealed away in an oracle and sent to Earth, eventually reunites with the lower-half, resurrecting the monster. A horrible fight then occurs. Gohan was almost crushed by the tail of the monster, until a blast suddenly made its mark, freeing Gohan in the process. That blast came from Vegeta, who was very pissed at Hildegarn, because the monster had greatly destroyed his house. Dispite Vegeta's courageous attacks, Vegeta is smashed into a building, but he then creates a shield to protect himself and some people who were present in the building. Around the same time, Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks makes his entrance, and after a blur of energy balls, he thinks the monster is knocked out. However, Hildegarn evolves to an insect-like beast, and sets up a fierce counterattack, rendering Goku, Gohan, Videl, Goten and Trunks unconscious. Trunks quickly recovers as Tapion steps in, but as soon as Hildegarn wants to kill the two, Goku reappears as a Super Saiyan 3. Goku realized what Hildegarn's weakness was: Hildegarn is defenceless as soon as he attacks. This is Goku's opportunity! With a Super Dragon Fist, he pierces through Hildegarn's body, and constricts the beast, obliterating it a few seconds later. With the monster gone for good, Tapion uses Bulma's time machine to go back to his own planet, giving his sword to Trunks... (references) | ||

| Can't and couldn't | Tips from 1870 | 1: Observe that the a in the verb can't is broader in sound than the short a in the noun cant. 2: Why cannot is properly written as one word, and could not requires two, is not founded upon any principle of philosophy. The concurrent sanction of all classes in all parts of the English-speaking world establishes it as law. 3: Usage: Can't and Couldn't. As cannot and could not may be used with pronouns of the first, second, or third person, in either number, and with nouns in both numbers, no error is likely to follow the use of their contracted forms. 4: Usage: Can't do nothing. "He says he can't do nothing for me." Use "He can do nothing," or "He can't do anything for me." Source: Slips of Speech. | |
| Can't happen | Computing | Can't happen | |
| Can't happen | Computing | Can't happen The traditional program comment for code executed under a condition that should never be true, for example a file size computed as negative. Often, such a condition being true indicates data corruption or a faulty algorithm; it is almost always handled by emitting a fatal error message and terminating or crashing, since there is little else that can be done. Some case variant of "can't happen" is also often the text emitted if the `impossible' error actually happens! Although "can't happen" events are genuinely infrequent in production code, programmers wise enough to check for them habitually are often surprised at how frequently they are triggered during development and how many headaches checking for them turns out to head off.
