Electoral district of Bligh Bligh is an electoral district of the Legislative Assembly in the Australian state of New South Wales. It was first created in 1962 and is named after naval officer and colonial administrator William Bligh. Bligh is an urban electorate, covering 13.03 sq km and taking in the suburbs of Potts Point, Darling Point, Wooloomooloo, Elizabeth Bay, Rushcutters Bay, Edgecliff, Darlinghurst, Paddington, Surry Hills, Redfern, Darlington and part of Chippendale. There were 7,059 people enrolled within the electorate as of 1999. (references)
