Australian work boots Australian work boots (or generically elastic-sided boots) are a unique style of work shoe, typically constructed with a leather upper bound together with elastic sides and pull tabs on the front and back of the boot. The shoe lacks a tongue, and laces, and sometimes contains a steel toe cap for occupational health and safety reasons. When the shoe contains a steel cap they are often known as "safety boots" or "steel toe boots". The boots generally lack an inner lining. The sole is generally polyurethane and the leather uppers are treated to be resistant to hot water, fats and mild alkaline and acid solutions. (references)

Bossy Boots At the Krusty Krab, Mr. Krabs is holding a meeting. He says that Pearl has lots of new ideas to help improve profits. Squidward doesn't like being bossed around, and teams up with SpongeBob to stop the bossiness (Even though they don't know if Pearl is actually bossy). SpongeBob would rather prefer new spatulas, but tolerates Pearl's weird ideas. She issues the employees new uniforms, which look totally ridiculous. She also changes the name to the 'Kuddly Krab', and changes the whole place into a teen hangout (It looks more like a childcare centre though). SpongeBob is told to make a salad, but he's never heard of it (He pronounces it sal-lad rather then sal-id), and makes a krabby patty. Pearl tells him to take off the buns and the patty, leaving only tomatoes and lettuce. The menu's changed, and there's only two things. Salad and tea. Mr. Krabs tells him that the ideas are decreasing profits, and Pearl has to be fired. He doesn't want to do it, so he asks SpongeBob to fire her. He finds out that Pearl actually wanted to be fired, and she gets fired. However, Mr. Krabs doesn't know how to get the spent money back. SpongeBob creates a solution to this problem by buying everything in the Krusty Krab (It cost him one year in paychecks). (references)
