DGCA

In computing, DGCA is a freeware compression utility created in 2001 by Shin-ichi Tsuruta (鶴田真一, Shin-ichi Tsuruta). DGCA is also a compressed archive format, next generation of 'GCA'. Higher compression more than ZIP, Strong Password, Unicode Filename. But not major.
