Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGE&Y) was created in May 2000 when the consulting arm of Ernst & Young was sold to the French IT services firm, Cap Gemini. The new firm, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young is one of the world's largest IT services and consulting companies with over 50,000 staff world wide.

CGE&Y is a leading provider of management consulting and IT services.
