This language will need a language pack installed to be viewed properly. You will need your Windows Installation CD to do this. You will only need to do this once to view all the pages on this site.

For Internet Explorer Users:

• Please click View (on the menu bar), then Encoding => More => Chinese Traditional (BIG5)
• Follow the directions on screen to install the language pack. After installation is completed, you may need to restart your computer.
• When you are able to use your browser again, make sure the browser is UTF-8 encoded by clicking:
•     View (on the menu bar), then Encoding => Unicode (UTF-8)

For Netscape Users:

• Please click View (on the menu bar), then Character Coding => More => East Asian => Chinese Traditional (BIG5)
• Follow the directions on screen to install the language pack. After installation is completed, you may need to restart your computer.
• When you are able to use your browser again, make sure the browser is UTF-8 encoded by clicking:
•     View (on the menu bar), then Character Coding => Unicode (UTF-8)

If you are still having problems viewing the text, please repeat the steps above and select the language you are having trouble viewing.
